Making copies of E-Cards or paper products or the images contained therein and/or the non-generic copyrighted text contained therein is prohibited.
Reselling E-Cards, the images they contain and/or the non-generic copyrighted text they contain is prohibited.
You may use one of the social media buttons at the bottom of a product page to post an image of a product on social media. However, making copies of a non-watermarked version of an E-Card or paper product and posting said image on social media is prohibited and will be considered a violation of copyright law.
E-Cards May Not Be Used as SPAM
By purchasing and using one of our E-Cards, you agree to send the E-Card to individuals you know and with whom you have a personal or business relationship.
No Offensive or Abusive Language in E-Cards
By purchasing and using one of our E-Cards, you agree to accept the built-in offensive language filter, and to avoid the use of any offensive or abusive language in the note you create to go inside a card as well as any custom email subject lines you create, and in the content you enter for names.
